The Run/walk for Autism is September 18, 2010

The money raised at this event stays here in Idaho to help continue our mission of raising awareness, providing support and education to individuals, their families and the community.

Funds raised from this event are used to provide support and education to individuals including scholarships to local conferences and costs associated with monthly support group meetings.  We also hold an annual “Discovery Center Night” where we provide food and admission for individuals with Autism and their families to the Discovery Center.

We have many exciting changes to this year’s Run/Walk for Autism.  After this year’s event we will have a BBQ and entertainment including performances by April Matson and Brandon James as well as a raffle with great prizes for everyone!!  More details to come!!

Last year we raffled many exciting prizes including, a Nintendo DS, a Playstation 3, jewelry, spa products, and gift certificates to many prominent businesses in the Treasure Valley!  Thank you to all of our loyal supporters including, Shu’s Idaho Running Co, Intermountain Center for Autism & Child Development, Community Partnerships of Idaho, Inc., Western Mountain, Gilbert K.
